A sports or cultural event, or maybe a jubilee? What do all these events have in common? Awards! There is no point in hiding it – our machines work at maximum capacity. EVENT: 5th anniversary of KORPS MARINIERS

A non-standard way to celebrate a jubilee in a sporty style deserves non-standard awards! This is how the 5th anniversary of the Korps Mariniers was celebrated! Especially for this occasion, Modern Forms prepared 750 five-part medals combining metal with acrylic glass in only 14 working days. And during seven working days, 36 trophies – the panel of which was made of 3 layers and the base of 5. That’s right, at Modern Forms we pay attention to details!

The implementation of medals for the Ultra Time Trial required accuracy. The was no room for error. Three hundred medals with hand-glued parts, carefully integrated into the graphic design. Effect? The precision of workmanship that can be felt under your fingertips, and a design that captivates with modernity. All of that finished in 7 working days!

EVENT: LIEBHERR 2020 ITTF TABLE TENNIS

A champion-worthy awards for the European Table Tennis Championships. The rank of the event speaks for itself – it had to be prestigious. Less than two weeks – that’s all it took us to create 35 unusual trophies – with a rotating element! Trophies in three different colours, on a wooden base, are a fusion of tradition and modernity. The participants will remember awards like that for a very long time!

EVENT: LAUSITZER

One occasion – 12 running events, each with a dedicated medal. It is the perfect way to distinguish an event and encourage the participants to complete all of them. Three-hundred sets – 12 medals with a flower motif and a colour-matched ribbon in each set.

All efforts and achievements deserve a medal. And every medal deserves to be kept in a dignified place. Once again, we took up a challenge and created a medal display case. The cover design and precisely cut out holding foam – all with a matching design. The set was completed by a medal hanger.

Quality in caring for safety

The aim of the face masks is to ensure the safety, therefore, they have to be safe! Face masks offered by our company are certified (both yarn and knitwear used in the production as well as the print are OEKO TEX certificated). Straps are made of the same knitwear (100% PES knit).

Appropriately selected fabric, soft and tough straps as well as non-toxic print are the basis – our face masks are safe for the skin, do not irritate it and do not cause any scrapes. They can be worn by people with sensitive skin and children.

The face masks are designed to perfectly fit your face and adjust to its shape. Stoppers enable us to fit the mask to your head (or to tie the straps together) – they do not drop while dynamic motion, so you do not have to adjust them or tie many times.

It is important that reusable face masks can be wet in the boiling water (in order to sterilize them) and are machine washable up to 60 °C. They are quick frying and used fabric reflects UV rays as well as ensure sufficient air circulation.
